Beautiful Beaches and a Tropical National Park
La Romana is located on the Dominican Republic's south coast, fronting calm, Caribbean waters and bordering the National Park of the East. A wildlife refuge harboring sea turtles and sea birds, the park encompasses both a mainland cape and Isla Saona, an island of lovely beaches and caves once used by the ancient Taino people. History tells us that Christopher Columbus also set foot here on his New World visits.

World-Class Golf and Much More
The world-renowned Casa de Campo resort features three championship courses by course designer Pete Dye. Most famous and fearsome is "Teeth of the Dog," with seven holes winding along the ocean. It's easily one of the Caribbean's top courses. In addition to Casa de Campo itself, TNT offers several all-inclusive choices with meals, activities, and sports included in your package price. Depending upon where you stay, you can take advantage of activities from horseback riding to scuba diving.

Exploring
Seemingly a medieval village, Altos de Chavon is a hilltop artisan's community known for ceramics, paintings and sculpture. Although the wood-and-coral stone buildings along cobbled streets feel like they're from another century, the town was actually built in 1978! You can also take day trips from La Romana to deserted tropical islets.
